I think this has been a request for a long time, but I wanted to breathe life into it again.
If you have multiple UnDP's assigned to a node, the only way to display those custom pollers in a view is to use the Universal Device Poller Status resource. This resource includes EVERY poller assigned to that node, including transformations. The ability to drill in and select specifically which pollers are displayed would be a welcome change.
Additionally, the only way to include a custom poller in a report is to use the Custom Table resource with columns for Raw Status, Unique Name, etc. from the Custom Node Poller category. This creates a new row for each poller as opposed to a new column. The only workaround for this is to edit the Data Source and filter by Unique Name, OID, or something similar. This only fixes the problem where every single poller is displayed. Additionally, you can edit your Custom Table to group by node, but that still doesn't provide you with the flexibility I'm looking for. I'd like to request the ability to select multiple, specific UnDP's as their own column in a custom table. For example, take a look at my printer report:
Instead of this:
It should look like this:
Each node is only one row. Each custom poller is a separate column. I opened a case with SolarWinds support and after a few days they told me this was only possible with a custom SQL query. We aren't all SQL wizards
