Exclude option for syslog rules

Hi all,

As you know NPM have a syslog receiver engine which have better EPS than Kiwi Syslog so sometime we prefer to use NPM for syslog management. All features are cool but onlty rules section is weaker for NPM. only string matching or regex options are available but If you want to exclude something It is really hard to implement so as you see below, an outofBox exclude option can be very useful to solve my issue.
