Hello all
I'm in my late 40's and lately, in the field of telecom, i've started to notice my age. I don't understand things as fast as I use to, the 20 something in my group seem to know more than I do, they seem to be quicker learner than I. All things I didn't use to have issues with because I've never felt that I knew less than other or could get things quicker.
In an attempt to get a pulse from the folks here and help me figure out what's happening, I'm wondering if you would mind answering a few questions.
Second question: Have you ever been in a position where you felt not as sharp as you used to?
