Network Config Manager Syslog issue

Hello.

I have syslog issue in Network configuration manager.

IP of NCM - 150.10.1.72,

ip router'a = 150.10.1.171.

Syslog packets were received in NCM server, I checked (netstat -abo), that port 514 is used of NCM, but in web-console I see nothing.

NCM was installed on Windows 2008 R2 and every patch (NET 3.5, 4.0) were installed automatically.

May be someone has same issue?
