I would like to see integration between Web Help Desk and User Device Tracking. We have been using Web Help Desk for many years and now that Solarwinds owns the product i would like to see integration. I would like to see the ability to have UDT update assets in the database. Also when you click on an IP or Mac address and the asset is in the database it will display some of the information.
