InnoDB or TokuDB support in STM

Not really sure if this would be considered a "Feature" request, as it is more of a backend change.

In the latest edition of STM, MySQL has been replaced by MariaDB. That in itself is good news, but - in my opinion - did not change the biggest weakness of STM, which is the MyISAM DB engine.

There is significant evidence that InnoDB is better suited for handling large databases and taking advantage of multi-core servers deployed in today's environment.

(See: http://www.oracle.com/partners/en/knowledge-zone/mysql-5-5-innodb-myisam-522945.pdf)

The bottom line for us in the enterprise world is a product that scales well and unfortunately, MyISAM does not.

(Try doing a full myisamchk on a 300GB db. If it takes less than 12 hours, you're having a good day.)

Anyway, I know other SW products use MySQL with the InnoDB engine, so hopefully that expertise can be transferred over to STM.

Cheers,
