Thwack IRC Room

I searched and found only 1 post in regards to starting a Thwack IRC room, and that post was from 2009.

I reckon the post either fell through the cracks, or was simply an unpopular idea.

I use IRC on a daily basis and find it very helpful/useful to get immediate responses.  This is, of course, in no way a replacement to the Thwack forums, but simply an addition to them.

Anyway, I figured I would, at the very least, officially put this idea out there and see what happens.  Worst case, we still have a good Thwack forum going, so all is good.
