It would be nice to limit the visibility of alerts for each group to only alerts from their group (or maybe "sibling" groups - like helpdesks or DBAs).
This would serve two purposes:
- People could focus on only the alerts relevant to them
- People would NOT have visibility of alerts they shouldn't see - if you're using one instance of AC for your security group, helpdesk group, ops groups, you probably don't want everyone to see everything
(Regarding the second one, you COULD work around this issue with limiting access to the web interface, if you're confident that email notifications are enough for alert interactivity.)
