Identify problem & incident ticket comments by ticket number in ticket e-mails

I don't think this is so much a feature request as a bug report.  Currently (V12.1.0 HF3), if you choose to show incident ticket comments in the linked problem ticket (or vice versa), the comments are identified by a comment number in the bottom right hand corner of the ticket.  If the comment is from a linked ticket, then the source ticket for the comment is also shown in this location.  This is the functionality in the WHD web interface.  It could use some improvement (such as better distinction by colour, or some more obvious visual indicator), but at least you can identify the source of the comment if you know where to look.  Unfortunately, this functionality is not present in ticket e-mails.  This results in mass confusion, and then creates more issues as people reply to the wrong ticket.  At a bare minimum, the e-mail should contain the same information as the web interface to identify the source of the comment.
