We are wanting to start using Dameware MRC on a existing customer of ours.
We are wanting to restrict our V9.01 install to connect via VNC/RDP only, as our customers environment already has VNC clients on all devices we prefer to connect with VNC or RDP and want to restrict other Administrators from connecting via the MRC Viewer and pushing out installs of the MRC Viewer.
I.E we want to "grey out" the option in red and allow only the options in green.
After looking through all MRC options and support areas I cant see a way to do this? thoughts?
