Quick Ticket Generation Problem

When users are logged in as techs and had a ticket previously opened in the 'My Tickets' tab, clicking on the URL which should have some information already populated  (rt id, subject etc) does not work. Instead it opens the last ticket the tech had loaded up. The URL is correct. 926 is the request type ID so the URL should generate a new ticket with that request ID automatically filled in. The URL works fine when there have been no tickets opened under the “My Tickets” tab.

Has anyone ever experienced this or had any problems related or similar to this?
