We have recently started monitoring our customer supporting equipment in NCM, previously we only monitored Corporate supported devices in NCM.
I'm wondering if anyone is aware of a way to setup real time notification emails to only alert the responsible team for those devices changes, instead of us all getting the e-mails.
Doesn't look possible via the NCM real time change detection, but figured they may be another way.
I know I can create and alert in the syslog viewer to send a notice, but the change/diff e-mails are what I'm looking for here.
