Retain the Run As credentials when editing an existing Report Schedule

When I edit a report that is running as a different user (which will end up being all of them once I get it to work), the form is asking for the user's password EVERY time I edit the report schedule.  Can't it be smart enough to know that it was already saved, just like the Windows Task Manager does?  I think it should only be required if it needs changed.

Also, I hope this password is encrypted every where it is used, and not passed as plain text.
