Alert/notification when routing table change

Hello,

i need to configure some alert and notification when a routing table on a cisco router change. for example when an BGP/EIGRP/OSPF learned network became unreachable or a route (static, connected..) changes. Or even a when a tracked route change.. Is this possible ?

Anyone has configured this kind of notification ? How ?
